Good News! Kids take to meditation and yoga quite easily.
Learning meditation helps them with focus, anxiety, self expression and more.
It also brings more clarity in so it even helps with decision making!
There is overwhelming evidence on the effectiveness of meditation and
learning this skill so young enhances their wellbeing the rest of their lives!
Space is limited though so register Today.
We have a Waitlist when we fill.

Also, each child needs to bring their own yoga mat.
Mystic Dream has a few for sale if you need one.
Instructor: Grace is a certified yoga instructor. She began her work with children as a dance teacher, then became a swim instructor proceeding her lifeguard certification. She has also worked with children & families as a nanny, and feels called to continue this work by offering a children’s yoga class.
