Back in 2000,  Susan Morgan volunteered (and Robert agreed to)  hosting bi-annual weekend workshops for Robert Moss, the man who created (or better put ‘renewed’ the ancient indigenous methods) Active Dreaming which is a technique for harvesting the gifts that Dreams give us every night.

She did this for 2 reasons:

1.To delve deeper into her own Dreamworld, which had become completely unruly and impacted her waking life.

       2. To find where other Dreamers were.  She knew that the people drawn to this type of work/play were kindred souls and this was an effective way to ‘shake the bushes’ to find out who they were.

Almost right from the get-go Susan started holding weekly Dream Circles from her (then) home in Mystic, CT.  Soon, she was holding monthly Dream Circles at The Dragons Egg in Ledyard, CT.

Friends Daniel Weaver and Lee Moore, upon seeing her enthusiasm for Dreams, put together a TV show: The Mystic Dream Show.  It was a one hour, LIVE, unscripted talk show focused on Dreams.  We were lucky enough to have incredible guests and the show had a bit of a following.  This went on for over 4 yrs and Susan won the Comcast Award for Best TV Host one year. This was due to the skills of Dan and Lee. Dan had won numerous Emmys for TV Talk Shows back in L.A. and Lee had been nominated 11 times (!) for an Emmy for Set Design for shows like The Price is Right and The Bold and the Beautiful. It was enormous fun while it lasted.

In 2010, Susan started teaching Dreamwork exclusively, with no other means of income.  Her business model and inspiration came from a Bear that spoke to her in a sleep Dream.  She risked everything and did exactly as the Bear had instructed. She has done okay and lives her life full of purpose. Susan loves her work and her life!

Susan has spoken at numerous venues, in addition to holding Dream Circles all over New England, Florida and Nevada.  She has lectured to hospice groups, church groups, cardiac unit support group at a hospital, women’s treatment centers, recovery centers, libraries, colleges and more. She has taught thousands how to interpret their own Dreams and how to better navigate life with them.

She has also published a number books which include: The Power of Dream; Dream Tools for Navigating Life.

She has trained other people to lead Dream Circles and is currently reaching out to Recovery Centers nationally, for consideration in developing effective programs that include Dreamwork.

The Mystic Dream Center is a registered non profit 501C, and hence all fees paid to attend any Dream Circle, workshop, or training are all tax deductible.

We can change the World, one Dream at at time.
